Before contacting us
- Use the original-resolution image and avoid recompression or scaling.
- Manually review low-confidence results, especially over gradients, transparency, or photographic backgrounds.
- If Pro does not appear active, open the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchase.
Which images are supported?
PNG, JPEG, HEIC, and other common image formats readable by macOS are supported. Images above 4096 pixels on either edge are downsampled proportionally.
Why is manual review needed?
OCR bounds, antialiasing, transparency, gradients, scaling, compression, and complex backgrounds can affect color estimates. ContrastRadar supports image-based review; it does not replace judgment on the final interface.
